Terms of Use

By using Memofai you agree to these terms. They're short, we promise.

Using Memofai

• Memofai is a study aid. Use it to learn, not to cheat in exams or assessments where AI help isn't allowed.
• Only upload materials you have the right to use, such as your own notes or materials your course gave you.
• Don't try to break, overload or misuse the service, or access other people's accounts.
• You're responsible for keeping your login safe.

AI can be wrong

Quizzes, answers and summaries are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Always check important information against your course materials and teachers.

Fair use

Memofai runs on free AI services shared by every student, so there are daily limits on quizzes, questions, audio and uploads. We may change these limits to keep things fair.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You let Memofai process it only to provide the service to you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The service

Memofai is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features, and may suspend accounts that break these terms.
